Who am I?

Since I was a child, I had always wondered; what is the purpose of life as we know it? What makes the separation of Human from Animal? Why do the religions of the world have so many similarities between one another, describing similar experiences with different words? What does it mean to be a Good Person, how does an individual attain Goodness? How do we take good care of ourselves in this world that can be so cruel and difficult, yet at the same time - this world is beautiful and nothing short of incredible.

I hope you ponder on these things with me, maybe together we can find some answers.

  • I want to thank my teachers at Sutherland-Chan for the depth and breadth of knowledge; showing different perspectives on the factors that influence the Mind-Body connection, inspiring (future) RMTs to strive for better as a profession, and for better health care for all.

As a graduate of Sutherland-Chan 2016, I had exclusive clinic opportunities including:

Princess Margaret Lodge - treatments accommodating considerations for various cancers during multiple stages of treatment; Lyndhurst - treatments accommodating considerations for those with spinal cord injuries; as well as accommodating for those with HIV/AIDS; seniors; pregnancy and postpartum.

I am skilled in General Swedish Massage techniques (effleurage, petrissage, percussion), myofascial release, trigger point release, scar tissue rehab, lymphatic drainage, low grade joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy (hot and cold), kinesiology tape (aka K-Tape), dry brushing, vacuum cupping (acrylic and silicone), and remedial exercise.

  • I have been studying and practicing Tarot since 2010. I’ve done independent study, as well as attending Tarot courses with well known professional Tarot Readers in Toronto.

I want thank all of my teachers for passing the baton of knowledge; my teachers include Jayne Marie from The Rock Store, and Andrew McGregor from The Hermit’s Lamp. Special thanks to some of the legendary names of Tarot, Benebell Wen, Rachel Pollack, Mary K Greer, and many more. Keep up the Good Work.
